Forms and purposes
The contact and class inquiry forms help us answer your message and discuss suitable classes and availability. They collect the contact details, class choice, preferences and message you enter. Providing information is voluntary; required fields are necessary to process the form. A parent or guardian should contact us for a minor. Do not submit diagnoses, health information, assessment reports or identity-document numbers.
Proposed legal bases, to be confirmed against actual operations: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) for steps requested before entering a contract, and Article 6(1)(f) for other correspondence — the legitimate interest of answering inquiries. Analytics consent is separate from handling your inquiry.
Who receives data
Messages pass through Web3Forms to the NIVO mailbox. Its privacy policy and data processing agreement explain processing, subprocessors and transfers outside the EEA. The provider states a maximum three-year submission-retention period, with earlier deletion possible; the account settings need verification.
The public website uses Netlify hosting. News is fetched through a Cloudflare Worker; post images may load from Meta infrastructure. Those providers receive technical data such as your IP address and browser information. Cookiebot manages cookie choices. Google Analytics loads only after statistics consent. Before publication, the email provider, processor agreements and international transfer safeguards must be confirmed.
Retention
To be completed by the controller: retention of resolved inquiries in the mailbox and Web3Forms, deletion criteria for class-related records, and retention of logs and analytics. These cannot be determined from the website files.
Cookies and analytics
Cookiebot records your cookie choice. Google Analytics is optional; declining does not prevent use of the site or forms. Change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Site analytics events cover button clicks and confirmed submissions; the site's event code does not send form contents. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier consent-based processing.
A seasonal banner may remember dismissal for the browser session. Cookie details and expiry periods must be matched against the current Cookiebot scan.
Your rights
Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the controller to exercise your rights. You may complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
The form does not make automated decisions about class admission. Dates and details are agreed directly with NIVO.
